I am really torn between 4 and 5 stars but, honestly, I think my main hangup is a personal issue. So! The good: I don't remember the assistant's name (sorry sis), but both she and Dr. Austin were absolutely amazing. Their bedside manners were on point for someone not interested in talking through every ice breaker in the book. The location's atmosphere was quiet, clean, and tranquil. And I felt like everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. The meh: I've decided while writing this that I will indeed leave it as 5 stars because at the end of the day... I'm not made of money. :) The prices for some of the options (such as a root canal and the accompanying crown) were just absolutely and entirely out of my expense range WITH insurance. But for the many other patients who were there at the time, I heard nary an objection or hesitation from their rooms (even though I definitely could hear some of their sum totals.) So, if you cannot afford the best and top of the line, 4 stars. But overall, if you've got the moolah, this place and the staff are perfect.

I finally went to the dentist after almost 20 years of not going to a dentist. I was a nervous wreck and extremely emotional about going in. My experience today with Dr. V and Carina was amazing. I spent several hours with both of them as they fixed my current issues and helped me come up with a treatment plan. They made a scary experience fun and full of laughter. I absolutely recommend Firewheel Modern Dentistry and highly recommend Dr. V and Carina. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for providing not only the best care possible but making my heart and anxiety calm.

I can't say enough about Firewheel Modern Dentistry. After dealing with a nightmare with a previous dentist, I called Firewheel Modern Dentistry. The entire right side of my face was swollen and I was in a lot of pain. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and understanding, had me come in immediately and got me seen within 20 minutes! The very personable and kind female dentist that did my exam was extremely sympathetic and understanding. She made me feel so comfortable. And the oral surgeon was AMAZING, along with her assistant. The last extraction I had I was in more pain afterwards than I was before. This time, I had almost no pain. Just total relief. I’m honestly so glad I came here. I need a lot of dental work and I needed a good dentist to do a long term treatment plan. I’m glad I found one! Thank you to the whole team at Firewheel Modern Dentistry!
